I’ve just had the pleasure of a Crystal Light Bed healing session with the lovely Sonya. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I could feel it working on different chakras and organs and I do feel quite energised. I will definitely be booking more sessions. Blessings Sonya x

Thanks so much for the Crystal Light Bed Session today. It was a great experience and one I would recommend to others. During the session I could feel my chakras being worked on and there were warm sensations as this was occurring. My hands were tingly and my third eye had vibrant purples and golds swirling through it. I have returned home feeling very peaceful, centered and grounded. In fact I feel absolutely amazing. Any tiredness has vanished and I can feel an inner and outer glow emanating. Thanks again so much and also for your time after the session when you took the time to chat.
